RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR OR CHANGE OF MIND.
SHOULD YOU BE DISSATISFIED, PLEASE CONTACT LEE BRENNAN DESIGN BY EMAIL IMMEDIATELY (WITHIN 3 DAYS) OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS. SHOULD AN EXCHANGE OR POSSIBLE RETURN BE NECESSARY, THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED IN AS “NEW” CONDITION (INCLUDING ALL TAGS AND PACKAGING & BE UNOPENED) WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL DISPATCH DATE.
UPON INSPECTION OF THE RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL GLADLY ISSUE AN ONLINE STORE CREDIT. POSTAGE COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS THE ITEM WAS IN FAULTY CONDITION.
RETURN ITEMS THAT HAVE IN ANY WAY BEEN DAMAGED OR ALTERED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL STATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE.
