LEE BRENNAN DESIGN JEWELLERY - All Lee Brennan Design jewellery is hand-crafted to order based on your specifications. Returns are not accepted due to customer error, change of mind or for custom commissioned pieces.
Lee Brennan design does not except any returns on Earrings, due to hygiene protocols, therefore all Earring purchases are final sale.
Returns due to inaccurate ring sizing provided by the customer will not be accepted though may be resized for a small fee if possible. Items must be in as “new” condition for your return to be accepted.
Should you be dissatisfied, please contact Lee Brennan Design by email immediately (within 3 days) of receiving your order to discuss your options. Should an exchange or possible return be necessary, the product must be returned in as “new” condition within 30 days of the original dispatch date.
If something has broken Lee Brennan Design is happy to repair, replace or refund depending on the circumstances.

Should you be dissatisfied, please contact Lee Brennan Design by email immediately (within 3 days) of receiving your order to discuss your options. Should an exchange or possible return be necessary, the product must be returned in as “new” condition (including all tags and packaging & unopened) within 30 days of the original dispatch date.
Upon inspection of the returned item, we will gladly issue an online store credit. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item was in faulty condition.
Return items that have in any way been damaged or altered from their original state will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection, however are happy to provide an online store credit. if you would like to return a FOUNDRY ONLINE item for an online credit, please email info@leebrennandesign.com within 3 days upon receipt of your purchase.
In the event of returning or exchanging an item from our FOUNDRY ONLINE COLLECTION, we recommend that you use a postage service that can be tracked. it is the responsibility of the customer that goods arrive to us safely.

We have made every effort to accurately show the colours of the products that appear on the Lee Brennan Design online store. Please note as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
